My journey in construction started at 15 years old with a simple goal: work hard and learn everything I could.

I spent years in the field learning the trade from the ground up — long days, early mornings, and real hands-on experience. Over time, that work ethic and commitment to quality led me into leadership roles, eventually becoming a foreman for a commercial masonry company where I helped manage large-scale projects across Colorado.

Those years taught me more than construction. They taught me discipline, communication, problem-solving, and the importance of doing things the right way — especially when people are trusting you with major investments.

With that foundation, I eventually took the leap and built 52Eighty Development from the ground up. What started through masonry and construction evolved into a company focused on renovations, property improvement, and helping clients create real value in their properties.

Today, 52Eighty continues to operate with the same principles it was built on: hard work, honesty, quality, and long-term thinking.

As the company evolved, so did the vision behind it. Through my partnership with HomeSmart, I’ve expanded into real estate services to offer clients a more complete approach to property ownership and investment.

By combining real-world construction experience with real estate guidance, I’m able to help buyers, sellers, and investors better understand not just what a property is — but what it can become.
